At the absolute best it's temporary confinement, a slightly different imprisonment to put a little fear in her until her father comes home, at the worst she's committed a crime bad enough to actually be jailed, or she's here as an interrogative measure. Whatever it is it doesn't seem like it's affected her demeanor at all - she sits down in the cell with the grace she was trained to have and smiles back bright and cheerful and sunny, like they may as well have met on a street outside.
